Hi! I’m Abby, and I’m truly passionate about helping people navigate the challenges that life throws their way. I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone, no matter what you're going through. Whether you're struggling with eating disorders, facing a crisis, working through LGBTQ+ issues, or navigating the complexities of mixed-faith marriages or faith transitions, I’m here to walk beside you.

I draw from a mix of powerful methods—Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, ACT, and parts work—to help you communicate more effectively, create deeper connections, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Michelle Pomeroy

Hi, I’m Michelle. I help individuals, couples, and families heal from disconnection, trauma, infidelity, mixed-faith struggles, grief, ADHD challenges, and more. My approach is real, compassionate, and non-judgmental—I create a safe space where you can explore emotions, gain insight, and build stronger relationships. Simply put, I help people do relationships better.

I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that helps couples and families break negative patterns, explore emotions, and develop lasting closeness. I am also trained in EMDR and ART, effective interventions for mild to severe trauma, as well as ketamine-assisted therapy prep and integration work.

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and as a parent of children with ADHD, I understand firsthand how it affects individuals, relationships, and family dynamics. I offer both insight and practical support to help clients navigate these challenges with greater understanding and connection.
